• Recipes: the International Bartenders Association (IBA) official cocktails. Amounts follow the IBA; instructions are rewritten in our own words.
• History blurbs: Wikipedia, CC BY-SA 4.0, with a link and credit on every page that uses one.
• Strength and calories: our own estimates (see methodology).
