Cocktail measurements: oz to ml
The IBA writes every recipe in milliliters and treats 30 ml as one ounce, which makes converting simple. This chart covers the amounts used in the 102 official cocktails.

A real US fluid ounce is about 29.57 ml and an imperial fluid ounce about 28.41 ml, so a 30 ml measure is slightly bigger than a US ounce. For cocktails, the difference rarely matters as long as you use the same measure for every ingredient in the drink.
A jigger is a bar measuring cup, usually with 1 oz and 2 oz ends or 1.5 oz and 0.75 oz ends, and the 1.5 oz end is the classic bar "shot".
Small measures. A dash is a quick shake from a bitters bottle, a drop is a single drop, and a bar spoon is a long bar spoon scoop, roughly a teaspoon. These small measures are not exact and the IBA does not publish a ml equivalent for them.
