Casino cocktail recipe
Gin cocktail, shaken and served on the rocks. An IBA official cocktail (The Unforgettables).
Ingredients
- 1⅓ oz (40 ml) Old Tom Gin
- ⅓ oz (10 ml) Maraschino Luxardo
- ⅓ oz (10 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Method
- Shake everything with ice.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice.
Glass: Old fashioned glass · Garnish: Lemon zest and a maraschino cherry.
