- 1½ oz (45 ml) White Grappa
- ¾ oz (22.5 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz (15 ml) Honey Mix (water can be replaced with chamomile infusion)
- ½ oz (15 ml) Chamomile Cordial
- few drops Egg White (optional)
Method
- Add everything to a shaker with ice and shake hard.
- Strain into a chilled small tumbler filled with ice.
Glass: Small tumbler · Garnish: Lemon zest and white grapes.
Variations and notes: *If desired water can be replaced by chamomile infusion in the honey mix.
This recipe uses raw egg. The CDC and USDA warn that raw eggs can carry Salmonella, so pasteurized egg whites are a safer choice, especially for children, older adults, pregnant people and anyone with a weak immune system.
